Meet The Owner

My name is Cedrick Driffin, the owner and operator of Uncle C’s Catering Etc. LLC, National Restaurant Association (NRA) Food Handler Certified, located in Columbia, South Carolina.  Uncle C's was started with the passion and love of cooking. Cooking for friends and family began my inspirations that have pushed me to share my passion through my food and the creations of my line of BBQ Sauces and Marinades. I have been making sauces for years upon request or for cooking events.  Since the pandemic of COVID-19, I have had more time on my hands to create and perfect my current sauce in addition to three other new sauces, for a total of four distinct and tasty and versatile sauces.  These sauces are not just good for cooking, but as condiments, dips, and marinades.  My goal is to bring that unique and BOLD taste to every pallet and taste bud that tries any of my sauces.  And to experience what I call the "WOW Factor", combine the Sweet and Smokey Heat Q Sauce, Old Gold Q Sauce, and/or Savory Q Sauce together and experience a totally different flavor guaranteed to have you wanting more.
